There cannot be a loss in/of focus for making sure budget solutions are met in time, subsequent the recent October 2013 gridlock situation.  Effective, successful, viable solutions, have to be attained before deadlines.
Events like the recent Los Angeles Airport attack this past weekend, cannot be allowed to distract an effort that many are needed to work on.

In some cases, an overexertion of focus is not necessary, as the wheel has already been invented.

Bangladesh Building Collapse Needs Help. Almost 200 Dead. Type of Event Aside, Every Person is Important. Tank Purchases and Moving Around in Other Places of the Globe.

In Savar area, Dhaka, Bangladesh, a building collapse occurred yesterday morning, meaning Wednesday morning.  The building was a garment factory.  Apparently there are still survivors trapped in the building.  Time is starting to run out on them.  They need robots, heavy concrete moving equipment, search resources, and find-and-recover capabilities.  Hard to obtain/access equipment might be scarcer in parts of Bangladesh, than in heavily populat...
