What the cause is, and whether they were under the control of man or control of the destiny of nature, incidents over the past few months involving high school students, demands that a viable unshaken solution be found.

Are Upsurges in Violent Crime Facing a Reciprocal Trend to Age of Persons Involved?: Houston Area High School Stabbing this Morning Wednesday September 4, 2013 Leaves 1 Student Dead

A fight or altercation broke out sometime about 10 minutes after 7am this morning on the property of a high school in Harris County Texas, in the Houston area.  The aftermath reported thus far, is 1 student is deceased, and some students were injured.  Age groups of the victims included 16 and 17 years old.
