Dying by the Hundreds Again in Iraq. Makhachkala, Dagestan Bombing Kills Several. Qusayr, Syria Fighting.

Several were killed and dozens injured in blasts occurring outside a government building in Dagestan.  Eruptions of violence involving bombings have occurred with marked media attention within the past few years.

The tolls are near or exceed a hundred people in incidents in Iraq.  Baghdad among the regions hit by violence.
