Natural reactions indicating holding concern have occurred in large numbers when the physical direction of military movement from Russia to Ukraine was in general, southwestern. Other nations are along or near the southwestern direction, so alarms of varying degrees cropped up in recent months as to potentialities of other nations especially post Soviet disintegration, being a place of at least attempted entry by Russian forces. Perhaps some of those concerns have recently been allayed.
However, more recent news in this month of March seem to trend of moderately subtle but moderately sweeping moves on nation to nation level scale; which may point that potentialities of heightened tension or geographic spots where military activities, defense efforts, or even just talk, might occur may have shifted to those referent areas.
For example, Norway has slated closing two embassies right through here 2024, Mali and Uganda.
