It is as though a force of energy has been trying to stay ahead of the effort to prevent acts that can be described as mass with a firearm.
This article originally was to point out similarities in two recent events, one in Baltimore City, then a few days later, in almost a repeat of many aspects of the scene, an event in Buffalo, New York.
