Clashes in Tunisia

It could almost be expected, because of the basing off the atmosphere in areas in Tunisia.  The news spread that about 40,000 people were to participate in a 'Salafists' congress or convening this past Sunday.  This time, the casualties, although one person is reported dead, can be conjectured as comparatively lighter than what could have or could take place, especially if matters escalate.

Whether marchers engage in self-harm, or receive injuries resultant from uniformed security measures, another occurrence with similar base-lines of this past weekend could be beyond disastrous.

Extremely Grim and Serious: Issues Concerning Prisoners | Guantanamo, and in the Arab World

While on the subject, the unanimous decision as to the occurrences of prisons in the Arab World, speaks for itself.


The words to use to arrive at the meaning, is 'of grave concern'.  The phrase was not used to prevent ambiguous interpretation.  Some people are dying in these conditions.
