Incidents in Central America, in the past few years, is another. 
But, do not assume that these on a worldwide plane, are all isolated events, and the perpetrators of one region are unbeknownst to another.

What can the Muslim community do to detract from the substantiation for the story being written?
When the facts are facts, it gets tougher to establish credibility which contradict the claims.

Meanwhile, there are some Muslim Palestinians, that continue a plight for the removal of Israel from occupying what they consider their territory and theirs only, the referent, the term Occupied Territories.
Concurrent, is that some have the expectation of all those Muslim to join the plight, and recognition by all religions that everything they do is in the right.

Outcry has already been performed at high levels, in response to the New Delhi incident, involving a female assaulted on bus.

As a matter of information, many Muslim families that are adherent to their faith might not have their daughter, traveling alone, especially hundreds or thousands of miles away from their house, regardless of how noble the mission.  Rules of prudency regarding colored drinks, social invitations, so on and so forth, might have different angles.   Recently, there was an early teens aged girl, right here in the USA, that committed suicide and posted the event on Facebook after a reminiscent circumstance, reference to that event is Saratoga, Santa Clara County, California.

"A 17-year-old girl has killed herself after four boys... and spread a photograph of the assault, causing classmates and friends to taunt and cyber-bully her, her mother has said.

Rehtaeh Parsons from Nova Scotia, Canada hanged herself in her family's bathroom on Thursday after months of torment and, on Sunday night, her parents took her off life support."

Everyone has to do their part.

It is unfortunate that lowly spirited persons can affect the reputation of a country on diplomatic levels.

Very serious ostracizing of people that do these crimes is on the table.  Reported and unreported.  Any more stories such as such-and-such a religious affiliation of men gangs up on European woman, the highest authorities are going to get to the bottom of it.  This is whether a staged crime, a group of people pretending to be a religion to bring defamatory reputation and cause ill-will upon the religion, or whether they moved from their native land and feel that once they are in Europe, or in the 'west' they can behave any way they want to. 

Actress age said to be 25 in June 2013, apparently died Monday during the darkness of the night in her house, which was located in Mumbai, India; in the past, the actress, had traveled or studied or had residence in New York and London.

There have been other popularly known persons in industries that involve the persona of the person as the key to success, that have held residences in renown cities, that have faced end-of-life moments, also similarly shrouded in mystery.

Thereat, the story of Nafisa Khan, known by many as Jiah Khan, can happen anywhere, and is more than an event that requires in-depth study only pertinent to India, in-depth study by all is wise.

The event is going to give many people intense blues.  For some that might not be familiar with the Bollywood construct, perhaps lighter, however still critical to continuance of healthy society.  Total concurrence on all of what might be considered issues aside, cause of death is set aside, not always, death itself.

There are reports that say suicide, was the cause, somewhat early in reports of the results of investigations.
