Plane Crash in Laos Includes 1 American in the Toll of About 40

An American is among those that did not survive a recent plane crash in Laos.
The plane is reported to have landed in the Mekong River.

The site of the crash, in consideration of reports and maps, appears to be in the area where the Mekong River starts to break away from running alongside the Laos-Thailand border, and north of Pakse.  Alternate spelling of Pakse is Paxse.  Pakse/Pakxe is renown in the Province of Champasak.

The travel route to the plane was from the city Vientiane, in a southeastern direction, and went down about 5 miles from the locale immediate of Pakse.  Both of these cities sit near to the border of Thailand.

The list of casualties includes nationalities from about 10 countries.

Crash is reported to have occurred about 4pm in Laos locality, local time, Wednesday.

The Good Sign: Being Proactive About Moving Out of Government Funding Gridlock

Among the good signs witnessed over the past few days, are those that have been proactive in taking measures to move the U.S. out of financial gridlock.

Still yet, there are some zones that could use an uplift.

Proactive measures are admirable, and it is helpful that the measures taken are smart and safe.

Exacerbating the situation by doing unsafe things, causes more problems than what first seems apparent.  The gridlock and its repercussions is not a situation that really leaves ample room to administer to the down sides of repairing even more damage that are due to unsafe activities.

Broadly speaking, as a general in the science of chaos, the game of chance can lead to further games of chance, each of the games of chance that are sprout from the one it came out of, is dangerous, destructive, could be or loom in the realm of the unknown, and could spell out permanent doom.

Calculating what cannot be calculated, no matter how powerful one might think they are in terms of how much control they have over order of affairs, is not something to irrationally assert oneself to undertaking.

Being on the right track, and being stable, meaning establishing stability, is elevated.
