As you may have heard, within about the past year, there have been news stories being intermittently posted about the Republic of Srpska, or known as Republika Srpska, whereat Milorad Dodik has been perceived as making moves indicative of possible threats of seceding and aligning with Russia, this while there is consideration of the Russia-Ukraine conflict.

Basically Srpska, or 'RS' for short, is the area of the region in the region of Bosnia and Herzegovina, that is perceived as the Serb influenced run section.

So, what are the issues?

Well one, is there may be feelings by places like the US, that Russia may be getting added power, or augment to them, while they are in a tension with Ukraine, (if RS does indeed follow through with that move).

There are news reports that the potentiality of seceding might have some degree of being hinged on potentialities of the 2024 US Presidential election.

The EU, European Union has voiced discomfort with RS following through with the move, and there are those that have voiced it could affect Bosnia and Herzegovina's entrance into the EU.

Speaking of which, the matter of 'LG...T', in short, what in Arabic language is referred to, transliterated, as fassad, the behaviors that Prophet Lut warned against, is also an issue that the EU is taking up with the RS, whereat the RS is looking at clamping down on the propagation of 'fassad' behavior.

Russia, in 2022, thereabout, reference ~478 et al., is reported to have passed some laws to reduce levels of 'fassad', for instance, banning propagation of named activities. (There have been earlier laws such as about 2013, ~135 et al.)

What is the alignment issue?, is again asked, while the alignment that looks like it is taking shape, with Russia, North Korea, and RS on one side, while Ukraine is taking a brunt of military activity, where such alignment is remindful of alignments in the Cold War era, with old-fashioned communism on one side, a reference to the older pre-Gorbachev and North Korea system of government.

Remember that in WWII (for historical notes for easy brief grasp, before the Cold War), where the 80th celebration of D-Day invasions were celebrated or remembered in France in recent weeks, Russia was somewhat at certain times during the war aligned with the US; Russia was not invited to that June 2024 event held in France.

Furthermore, Russia leader Putin has within the past few days visited North Korea. Footage seems to show signs of warmth between the two leaders of Russia and North Korea. Online newspapers as we speak, are theorizing what the basis for strengthened ties between the two, North Korea and Russia, is. Perhaps trade, and security relations.

A gleaning of the words Serb when in the same sentence of oppression, given the current Russia-Ukraine situation, almost automatically reminds many of the oppressive events, especially portrayed on media, that unfolded in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, and that region, back in the 1990s; whereon, when the idea of RS, basically Serb influenced, remotely looks like it is heading in the direction of a aligning with a geographic size giant with respect to Ukraine, where many feel that there have been those that have oppressed, ideas of Serb oppression may spark in minds again. That is a concern, and issue.

Meanwhile, in other nations, 'fassad' has started to take root in government to the extent that it is almost the mainsail that determines the directions policy are going.

'Fassad' is not what makes many of the Nations that are currently exercising 'LG..T' policy inclusive efforts. For example, Prophet Nuh directing the Ark, directed his high chiefs to lay the first establishments, or stone, in certain regions, for example, in Ukraine, in Italy. The whole idea of the Ark, whether a literal ark, such as a boat the 'good' folks embarked on, or figurative, or both, it was that Nuh disengaged from activities such as fassad. Hence, the sequence of what was established in his effort, was not an effort to propagate fassad.

As is well known Prophets Muhammad (s.), Isa/Jesus, Lut as said, and Shu'ayb, -a Prophet is a Prophet, and the expectations were that they were cleansed from fassad activities-, these, especially in a close to verbatim translation of how Isa/Jesus dealt with it, 'washed his hands' of unbelief which encompassed fassad.

The USA is another place, that was not established in its beginnings with pro-LG..T in mind, as a matter of fact, there was discomfort in the days leading up to the Revolutionary War, of certain belligerent individuals that not only engaged in what was felt as unnecessary taxation, but also the fassad behaviors, which made the Revolutionists uncomfortable. There has been long-standing adherences to the teachings of Isa/Jesus throughout the USA for hundreds of years; whereat, in the many serious situations that have arisen throughout the globe in the past roughly 250 years, the US has been the recipient of the call, and answered the call, to intervene, because, they deserved to be the ones to do that. Other nations may have had the capacity, but it was the US that carried out, interventions and emergency rescue missions for others, repeatedly.

Circling back to the alignment, so what is the alignment, or non-alignment, alignment that occurs, and so forth, here in the middle of 2024, really about?, or is it that the occurrences of multiple matters is coincidental?

Moving on to broader reaches, the conflict in Palestine-Israel occurring, some analysts seem to feel that Russia is moving in a direction that has less emphasis on strong ties with Israel.

Where much of what is now called Palestine is often considered Muslim, and that what is Muslim includes guidance not to engage in fassad, it may start to appear that those that are currently enforcing policies to maintain a distinction as separate from fassad, or the same ones that have a policy that may seem to side with sides not sharply aligned with Israel.

And there is the Iran matter with respect to the top current issues. Most consider Iran today to be a 'Muslim Country.' Iran and Russia have had different kinds of relations over the past 50 or so years. Iran also has stretched out recently in its position of discomfort with some of the impacts the tensions in the region now known as Palestine and Israel has had.

But with all this said, the world has been a witness to wavering policies with Russia over the past decades post Gorbachev. A witness to occurrences in Chechnya, where many Muslim reside, incidents in Ingushetia, where many Muslim resides, and as a matter of fact there are Muslim individuals in Ukraine, and Russia. The referent incidents in Chechnya [1994] and Ingushetia [roughly 2007-2010] were before the Russia laws in 2022, while adherences to guidance contrary to fassad were generally in place (in Chechnya and Ingushetia by those that adhered to them).

Did fassad get out of hand in some regions of Russia, say after year 2000?
There may be some contrasts that could be drawn up, to help illustrate the issue, such as history of Islam in Russia marked with the Golden Horde. 500 years later, or 6 or 7 generations later, in the very same areas where the pith of Islam presence occurred is where the eye of the fassad storm seemed to be coming from.

Some countries in Europe, two of which are in the EU, are now recognizing a Palestinian State, amid the current crisis in Palestine-Israel region, namely Norway, Spain, and Ireland, May 2024. More of that type of statement may be slated from other European nations.

The line-up, of on one side, is Russia, some of its neighbors, North Korea, possibly Iran, and potentially down the line, the RS, and 'pro-Palestine', while on the alignment on the other side, is everyone else, never-the-communist and pro-Israel, may not be an oversimplified reality that actually stands past 2D paper standing up, a label on the outside of a house, but no structure behind it.

At the end of the day, what is seen on TV, or young children that have almost to no or no idea about all that fuss, as the victims. One loss of life in the rubble in the Palestine-Israel region after another.

Which brings us back to the question, what are these perceived alignments about? Is it about an revival of communism?, revival of an 'old league' that used to be comprised of communist nations?, access to oil considering geographic positioning?, a sense of safety for a nation or republic, that aligning with a bigger stronger neighbor in a time of conflict might be wise?, a shift away from the EU?, a shift to the EU?, Palestine alignment?, Israel alignment?, it is not clear.

What is meant by 'present'?, option one, that the problem is present, as in here, and needs to be dealt with?, or, another option, that are there are different kinds of problems that may for instance, be variants of older problems but affected by technology such as social media, or simply phenomenon that are a test for the times that present themselves? Or both? Today, this discussion is about both, so the title is left at what it is.

For the sake of time, and that there are a limited number of words in today's English, let it just be spelled out briefly:
We, as in HCN, are not getting into the subtleties of the nuances of what defines gender. However, what defines gender-based violence as it relates to crimes against women, is information apt for this discussion.

• It is a global problem
• What mentally conditions and drives men to commit violence against women may be embedded in the society and upbringing around them; hence what may be wrongfully considered 'okay' in one culture outside the USA, then those persons immigrate legally or illegally into the US, and commit acts of violence against women crimes, it is a contrast to the setting in the US.

Most site include activities that fall into the violence against women category:

• Domestic violence
• Femicide
• Matrimony, matrimonial based violence- violence against the property of a wife, or against her related aspects of marriage, for instance, in some cultures there may be or have been violence over dowry money
• The general attitude that there is an okay or green light to target and carry out violence against women because of trends in a society that does the same
• Human trafficking
• Violence, harassment in the workplace
• Systemic Sexual Abuse- this is an organized form of sexual abuse, frequently involving numerous perpetrators and victims and used to control, condition, of “initiate” victims. This type of ritualized abuse may be repeated frequently and be perpetrated under the guise of a spiritual expression or initiation into a gang or other secret or selective group. It is evident that a few out every thousand is spoiling and tarnishing things for everyone else; the larger group that may bring, usually, enriched culture, positive values, and respect.

Unfortunately, if there are not hundreds of situations/issues that are still ongoing, there are hundreds of cases that still have not been solved.

Update early morning May 2 2024 EST-- It should not be necessary to explain every detail why when the police or law enforcement authority ask you to do something, ordinarily, there is wisdom in obeying what they told you. For example, police tell you or a group to disperse from an area or gathering, leave an area, turn your car off or pull over. There could be other reasons besides a perceived moment of being bossed around, for instance, the police have knowledge of other dangers present and are trying to prevent a danger from materializing that may not seem apparent to you. A car might be on fire and the driver was not aware of it.

If you are a student and been protesting or considering protesting over issues about Palestine/Israel, it is best that when police or law enforcement authority with arrestable powers asks you to leave, such as from a rallying point, to leave. And leave no room for risk of being arrested.
Here's why:
Because down the road, if your arrest interferes with your ability to finish school, or get a job in the area of your want, your long term ability and magnitude of impact could be lessened. Basically, your voice at issues is not as loud. So if you really want to help and see progress made, protect yourself, as protecting yourself could be a part of attaining your goal.

There could be other issues or needs your country has later, and you might not be able to fill the shoes due to being arrested while somewhere between age 18 and 25 for instance.
The 'sacrifice' of arrest, jail, prison, over your career future, may seem noble, and may be, to a level; sometimes there are higher levels of understanding, which is to be capacitated and not incapacitated, which may mean omitting incarceration.

Tensions in the area known now as Palestine/Falestine/Israel have been going on for thousands of years, and there is a likelihood that there will be issues in the future.

Even if a total change occurs in the political climate in the region tomorrow, there could still be a multitude of issues involved in determining what materializes next in terms of areas such as, what governing structures to set there, who would be what, qualifications, histories, guarantees of each individual. So what next, more protesting over each decision or disagreement? 

If protesting coincides with disagreement over issues, protesting might go on for hundreds of more years. Your qualifications to serve your country should be kept at its best. Don't let yourself get arrested.

Current events:
College and university campuses around the United States have been the sites of protesting in recent weeks over the issued in the Middle East. Some are reminiscent of protesting over the Vietnam War back in the previous, or previous to that, generations era, such 1960s, early 70s. 
The number of arrests over the past few days have been up around a hundred at a time. Ramping up and down levels of readiness is going on by different entities.

News reports say the charge is treason. However, like many that are familiar with intense drama involving imprisonment of Americans in Russia, there is the smell of something uncomfortable going on.

That was not the first time in recent DC history events like that have happened. Anarchist influenced when young, as reports are showing, and he was young as it was when he died, are not the only ones that engage in this kind of activity. A reference to India culture Sadhus etc. that may engage in the practice for different reasons. Some may recall when Kurdish leaders, roughly 20 years ago, were imprisoned especially those considered to elevated or of high degree in their practice if Islam, supporters for their release performed minor acts of immolation in protesting process.

Generally speaking, when in a crowd and it is not the culture, it, self-harm using fire, could be viewed as abuse of the human emotions to the innocent persons that witness, and child abuse, and it is recommended not to do that, there are alternatives.

Meanwhile, fire rages in Hebron. Airstrikes often involve a fire component.

Fire that you see today, has certain qualities. It looks exciting, glamorized in movies that perpetrate violence, cause pain, and referenced are made to fires of hell understood to be punishment and hence a hurt to the body. All said, still, fire deserves to be treated with sobriety like anything else.

The feelings that are prevalent in the air as we speak, are people are stuck; they are stuck in the situation of being bound to American patriotism, whereat many aspects of America are tied to defending Israel. If Israel calls upon the US to act or US chooses to act, and there is a conflict an individual holds, such as complete nonviolence in the region, it could pull an American patriot in two different directions, so much that it tears them apart as the saying goes.

Long ago, early man, perhaps Adam, or perhaps Nuh or Noah, laid down foundation in the region in and around what is now called Palestine and Israel. 

They are father's of many, could be bloodline ties, maybe the figure of speech that they are forefathers. So both, and of course all. For discussion, both, those believers, and those that do not believe. Fathers to Arab, Palestinian, Jew, stems of religion, Muslim, and so on. 

Many lighted well known figures have either been in the region or passed through.

When those that are considered generally of the Naseer, feel a certain way, whereas there are Naseer back in those areas where the referent lighted figures were, their leanings are weighted, mainly ones founded on ethical grounds.

These words say in place of going into detail about history and evolution of different peoples.

Basically Jesus, many transliterate from Arabic a nonexistent parallel starting with a guttural sound, Isa, is said to have been through that region. Bethlehem, Nazareth, and so on.

What's this divide 2020 something roughly years later as pro Israeli on one side, pro Palestinian on the other?, and either side, depending which side you happen to be standing on at a given moment, and what practice if a faith you claim, where it is 'okay' to start and continue unthinkable and unspeakable violence. The basis for viewing is more, maybe not completely, but more of what is discussed in the paragraph before this one.

That not everyone that is, or looks, like Caucasian, Anglo, Anglo-Saxon, English and European immigrant and settler stock, of fair complexion, are all in for all our destruction of anyone claimed to be not an Israel proponent; this is especially pertinent to the US in this discussion.

Buzz word, iron clad.
Air Force representative in press conference about the Bushnell incident, said the US is iron clad as aligned to defending Israel.

One does not need to be an iron clad Muslim extremist to want non-violence from Israel and it's proponents.

Many people and cultures may believe that some of the post October 7th 2023 actions taken by Israel was a bit much, perhaps a line in the sand crossed, is a term to describe, after lines in the sand were crossed by the perpetrators of the October 7th event; after a series of back and forth lines in the sand were crossed since roughly 1946.

But that people are stuck because there is hardly anything they can do to calm down the situation in Ukraine in terms of the military actions taken on them, and to calm down the situation in Israel/Palestine region and carrying over more recently to Lebanon, which underwent airstrikes in the last few hours.

Hands the world is in, may have led to the stuck gridlock.

Think of this for a moment, how could the Russia ballerina get her release secured? If a mission was conducted to get her out by a daring rescue mission, whoever does it would basically face the imminent risk of declaring of war on Russia, definitely not a move to make, the sheer size and population of Russia is in consideration. So who could do such a thing even if they could do it?
And how did the international politics get set so that that is the predicament?
Look at all the political ties, economic intertwines Russia has with so many places in the world, oil, foodstuffs, banks, military equipment trade, borders with other nations such as Poland, China, Finland, Norway, Latvia, and Belarus, whereat, the US has different ties of sorts with them too.

Hours of laying out dynamics in geopolitics could be done here, but for right now, the practical assessment table talk, end of the day is, situations like the one in Ukraine/Russia and its ramifications like prisoners in Russia is at gridlock where anyone that wants to see anything otherwise is on pins and needles of risking the destruction of numerous relations.

Bad happenings keep happening unabated, due to the gridlock, due to certain aspects of world relations held in by certain hands, who, unfortunately, may have put a greed of decadent objectives as priority over human good.

The dream panacea at this point is to have it come true that everyone mentioned on this page calm down.
