It was an up-and-coming NY rapper within recent months that was shot in a residential area.

A few weeks ago, a teenage female,16, shot fatally as well as another injured, 30 year old male, West Baltimore, victims were in a car. On or around May 30th, 2020.
 Comment: That is beyond an all-time low, it is level of zero

Within the past 24 hours, New York, 17 year old teenage male, fatally shot, and another wounded, 27 year old male, Stanley/ Van Siclen area of Brooklyn in broad daylight, victims were in a car. Shots were fired from a white Mercedes.

Drive-by shootings became frequent in certain areas of large cities that were plagued by the illicit cocaine trading industry back in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Aspects of a portion of it were assessed to have been gang activity related. Cities like Los Angeles, Washington DC, have impressioned memories of those folds in time.

Florida has a case that has some complexity, as the recent racial equality riots, and others, such as Black Lives Matter, evoked reflections on situations involving use of force from the past, such as a 2014 shooting of an unarmed man in a raid, a suspect who had a history of drug peddling.

Floyd Gray incident of alleged force was within recent months, 2020, Minneapolis.

When Freddie Gray died, referring to incident in Baltimore April of 2015, and the rioting that occurred afterward, it was exposed he was sighted multiple times of having caught the eye of police the result of behaviors in previous intermittents.

Atlanta, captured on video as though a movie was being filmed, last Friday night, 27 year old male Rayshard Brooks, was shot twice in the back area-- after, taking a weapon from a police officer, resisting arrest, and took off running. Police officer fired, and accompanying ramifications. Death ruled a homicide, this soon after??

Homicide defined, '..deliberate and unlawful killing..'.

A time-out is needed here. Look carefully at this situation, and the numerous studies of teachings of police work. Number one, when a person has a weapon, and outright disobeys the orders of police, such as to stop running or stop driving, that suspect is considered a danger to others, because, in the realm of possibilities, racial profile aside, age aside, male or female aside, criminal history or lack of, the fleeing suspect is determined to be potentially dangerous to anyone in the surrounding area and community. It is asked, what if the suspect turned and attacked police, another police on the route ahead, attacked an elderly person, or carjacked a vehicle and crashed it, injuring or fatally wounding another driver while intoxicated and so forth?,- which either has or similar events have happened in other incidents.

The pressure is on for police and related officials to be as pacifying as possible given the rioting. Protesting about rioting was already taking place, and peace is definitely needed. Fires were set, such as the food chain where the event emerged from. Albeit, because of the sense of the need to be amenable to the demands of rioters, tried and tested police procedure is being moved away from, and compounding that, there are reductions in numbers of police officers serving.

There were times where an entire town only had one or two police officers. That is all they needed. The point is, that every individual officer counts big. When being trained, fleeing police scenarios might get rehearsed for brevity words, over and over, and the response might have been to shoot to subdue and nothing more. 

Had the suspect been shot, 20 times, or some excessive number, then the issue of excessive force moves into the limelight with more speed. This incident requires an investigation, blind to raciality. For example, what would have happened if the suspect was another ethnicity, or outward appearance, would the results have been different or the same?

Thus far, all abovementioned incidents involved African American males, young to middle aged.

Lawrence, Kansas was the sight of a police chase, altercation, and shooting of a suspect this afternoon. 

Baltimore City police funding changes in different aspects underway, or recent to today.

Identifying the crux of a challenge in a context of perceived racial injustices, while demographics are in a state of change, is ongoing in a number of regions. 

Changes are being made, in different ways, to police units around the US as we speak.

In the same breath, yet another law enforcement agent has succumbed to a shooting.

Comments: (The officer) ostensibly may be described as African American, or partially, young middle-age, at or near 30 years old.

Will there be mass congregation in the streets by thousands of young African Americans, calling for their own kind to refrain from using guns and taking aim at police officers? A question that most of us already know the unfortunate answer to. It is highly unlikely, and unlikely that the same kind of numbers that have engaged in rioting, will show in support of funeral or recognition. You never know. If minimal amount of respect occurs that it makes the radar screen of the news, it will be good to see, yet, will believe it, when it is seen.


What is right. What is the right balance. ?. Uphold that light, is what is called for now.

Volumes of details have emerged, as well as huge amounts that requisite studying before a presenting a complete global roundup.
In about as brief an outline possible, this is what has happened in the last 3 days:
The USA was reeling from coronavirus and COVID-19, the problem was widespread, from coast to coast and even cases in Alaska and Hawaii.
Several stories broke around the same time having to do with a perceived abuse of force that crossed over the gray area, when police apprehended or made attempt to apprehend suspects, different locations, and the suspects could be, generally described as being African American, or some portion of enough that they might be identified as such, and other racial terminologies with influences borrowed from other languages and cultures that are not American, but being ramrodded anyhow. A salient event took place in Minneapolis, Minnesota, about the 25th of May, where a male about age 46, wound up a fatality, after apprehension technique applied. Social media technology, especially cell phones, caught some of the incidents, and footage made their way to social media and the news.
Rioting broke out in many regions of the USA en segue. Certain movements made appearances in certain cities, supposedly having to do with racial equality, however, with slogans at times that could be assessed by some as counter to that goal.
Large amounts of property were destroyed, in the rioting and protesting. There were a fatalities during the rioting.
The rioting started to overshadow the coronavirus, COVID-19 challenges, on the physical space of foremost information set on news, at least in some areas.
A balance then began to level out, of a shared main story, the coronavirus/COVID-19, with racial profiling rioting.
Meanwhile, in the Middle East, for conversation summary, starting with Lebanon, rioting more intensified was going on, although maybe not as geographically widespread because of the comparison of basic geographic square miles. While the USA mourned the loss of several suspects undergoing apprehension, law enforcement agents, and other incidents that occurred, totaling to perhaps under 10 persons, in Lebanon, reintensified tensions were taking place over matters reported to be economic and other conditions, exacerbated by coronavirus/COVID-19, and about 50 was the fatality count.
Similar protests, over the economic living and comfort level, have started to emerge in Syria. It was not too long back that rioting was suppressed in Syria, and in response to a certain threshold of suppression, the US dropped an atypical bomb in Syria.
At this moment, both Lebanon and Syria are configuring ways to contend with the rioting. 
Lebanon and Syria sit toward the northwest of Palestine-Israel region, if standing in the middle of the Red Sea. 
And there is the policy issue that has taken root, one which has been since the earliest days of the building Israel as an independent and recognized country with such official name, for instance, since the 1800s, over who and what government, and what nomenclature should occupy that land mass and masses within it, Palestine or Israel. The United States has been involved in the policy tension to varying extents over many years. Upon us currently is a plan, whether precisely a vision, or a proposal at this stage, not gone into here, named Peace to Prosperity, from the White House. In the news now, are statements from the Prime Minister of the Palestinian National Authority, Shtayyeh, that has been 'analyzed' by some news sites as 'counter' some of the content of the White House plan. Culling through every detail, some of the analyses lack complete accuracy because they do not have thorough background embedded in the stories being generated, not that the news sites and entities do not have the capacity to. Altogether, there is a vision being set forth by the US, for a peace plan, and Shtayyeh has made certain statements, reflecting his position on the matter. Are they direct opposites?,- further study of each and every detail could help in making the assessment; at first glance, it seems that there are differing policy objectives which might not run exactly parallel, or the baskets do not even fruits of the same kind to compare.
Another development, with the names the US and Israel being spoken, while this is happening, is that Iran is upholding decisions to execute, as a punishment in enforcing laws pertinent espionage, for certain individuals that are suspected of aiding in the killing of Qasem Sulaimani (Soleimani (disliked spelling variation of transliteration, due to use of the vowel 'o', and ramifying reasons, as Suleiman, or Suleyman, called in alluding to vernaculars of Anglicized form, Solomon, is also a name of a Prophet, and there is Suleiman the Magnificent, neither of which are popularly seen spelled with an 'o')), back in the first few days of January of this year.

Further east and west of holy site, where Al Quds is and many other significant locations, Jordan and Egypt are contending with challenges having to do with coronavirus and COVID-19, which are markedly similar to the US. Black-market sales of plasma from those that have said to have recovered, reported to have started emerging in Egypt. Photos of some of the social distance strategies, such as in the places of worship have surfaced, whereat some Muslim places of worship in the US, or having technical designation as such, still have not taken on some of the strategies.

Media attention has started swinging toward Middle East as the most heightened level of priority competing for the top headlines.

But should they?

The US is creeping ever closer to the 2 million mark, of coronavirus/COVID-19 cases. Logically, and unfortunately, soldiers activated to quell recent racial profiling protesting have been reported to have become infected with coronavirus. Solutions needed, to mitigate that development. To conclude with an outright bottom line is sensitive, notwithstanding, it is understood, and it has been stated by a number of sources, that multiple leaders must refrain from attempting to walk two sides of the street at the same time, in either cleaning up the coronavirus/COVID-19, or laxity thereunto in the effort to maintain a voter base; far too many lives are at stake in the entirety of the tests which have sprung up at the same time.

Those of us that know, a situation is upon us here in the USA that can be described as a combination of developments similar to 'Murphy's Law', where something will go wrong if it can go wrong, the Italian concept of continuo, which has to do with a continual and ongoing situation, and thirdly the Dybukk as it is known today, a truncation of a much longer term known to Muslim and Jews alike, that trouble after trouble will emerge.
The Pandora's box of violence in protesting about violence has got to stop immediately. The same treatment that was ordered for coronavirus and COVID-19, with stay at home orders, for a set of underlying reasons, a complete halt to the madness, the protesting, the rioting, should stop immediately. Perhaps a time-out and moments of prayer to take protesting place.

Recently, a video emerged of what appears to be a female in Atlanta on May 29th, with police officer having arms wrapped around, whereat are claims the individual was slammed down by a police officer, after a tussle, in a really awkward scene that could have left them both severely injured. Physical energies start moving around in strange ways, and incidents like that happen. Denied, and certainly (I) am not the only one that takes this position, that a female was slammed to the ground in what looked like an aggressive wrestling move that men are not allowed to do to other men on a mat. If it was clear that such a move was done fully with that intention, then (I) would have already been in Atlanta asking to talk to officials that train police. It may be that the physical head, that is the region above the neck of a human being, should not be used as a point of attack, unless an absolute last resort, or at least put on hold for a while. Certainly, attacks to the head should not be used to make a statement of any sort. (I) remember the footage of the mentally challenged individual, whose head was slammed down onto the hood of a police car, with more force than necessary for the purposes of an apprehension, some years ago. The continuation of the method, can be dropped. Emotions and heated from the intensity of the moment, is highly recommended (has) to be kept out of discipline and law enforcing at an utmost effort when dealing with protesters in a racial theme situation, especially if finagling a scene that might give rise to more outcry is a part of the trickery of the protester. A restaurant business owner wound up a fatality a few days back in Louisville, Kentucky, during the protesting. It was precisely these kinds of events that is supposedly the spark of nationwide protests, post the George Floyd incident back in May in Minneapolis, where, inside the protests, there is bound to be more moments of gray area tangles between police dedicated to serve to keep the peace, and protesters, so the situation fosters the same situation over and over again.

And, a man was dragged by a truck during protesting in the St. Louis area. Law enforcement officers have been shot or shots fired near to. A truck was driven into a crowd, the type of truck that could be carrying fuel. Other incidents among these.

Who is making money off these misfortunes?

Who is making money off of racial division, and violence?
How many replays of the person in Atlanta being slammed down, or they both fell down, or thought about slamming and it was too late before they came crashing down, do audiences of the news need to see? 
(50 replays in 100 seconds, is not necessary, it is bad for the minds of the people; events like that should not be used for entertainment nor to make money. It has to be said because some folks still do not understand the concept yet.)

Authorities might choose to wait until a 'technical' authority makes an analysis that says curfews for protesting (a number of incidents in the protesting involving bodily injury have happened at night), and cessation of the protesting must take place, and in the trend of slothful and procrastinating decision making, wait too late to take action, until the fury reaches past the boiling point. The wisdom is to ensure a stop happens now.

Maybe recounts of sandbags on the steps of the Capitol building in the aftermath of developments surrounding Dr. King, was not something that should be in the minds' of many people right through here, as it seems as though that is where some want to see the conditions at.

Stop. Take a deep breath. Evaluate the success of actions. When certain actions are clear they are not bringing about the intended result, it is not the correct guidance to engage in them.

The situation is ongoing as we speak, about 7:30pm EST. It appears there are numerous folks of younger generations in casual clothes. Barricades have been toppled. The calling [that the protesters are making] is reduce racial profiling.
Questions abound, such as why are the protestors at the White House in Washington instead of the police station, or a high level police entity?
The East Coast has seen this before, an event that involves use of force where the victim might be considered African American, then an onslaught of aggression to the infrastructure of cities and government.

Evidently, there are protests going on other cities as well over the same purported matter.

It might be possible that a coroner's report could referee the situation a slight amount. On rare occasion does a healthy 46 year old especially that size and outward physical conditioning, lose consciousness to the extent of depleting vital life energy to the point of death for a knee to neck. Most normal reactions might have put up more resistance than what happened if it was a seconds before death conundrum. It looks like too much blood got to the head, and stayed in the head, of the suspect arrested in Minneapolis, reference person known by the name of Mr. Floyd, and asphyxiation, strangulation, possibly acute vertigo symptoms may have developed; however, they could be contributive, where the actual cause of death could be something else, or the cause of death could be a combination of factors.

Some theories in medical words describing what looks like what might have happened, based on happened the video of the incident:

• Vasovagal syncope, while blood was already trapped in the head; essentially he fainted, and the blood did not return from the brain to the middle portion of the body. Another term often used for vasovagal syncope is neurocardiogenic syncope.
• Fainted and did not recover
• Asphyxiation
• Strangulation
• Possibly acute vertigo symptoms
• A syncope of some sort in combination of other factors
• Brain stem stroke, stroke of the sort in reverse, or an in effect one, both, or combination of these
• In effect, an ishemic stroke
• A combination of those listem above, with factors not on the list

Coroner may account for all diet, predispositions, all ingested foods, chemicals, odors, the environment around, any history of heart failure in the past.

Fulcrum question and answer is, how much pressure was on the neck, reference the officer on the suspect that  was lying on the ground, and was that enough to cause a fatality, was it only symbolic, where the knee or the neck did little or nothing, and following through of law enforcement training or accepted techniques, while something else happened in the body, physiologically, to the person, that was a separate or mixed in?
