Evident Ian trailed through parts of Florida. Fortunately, even though all counties were at one point under state of emergency in preparedness, not all counties got hit, and so resource requests have been called off. Conjecturably funding requested by Florida to federal levels of government, such as the White House, for all counties as might get reassessed as well. Monday September 26th, 2022 local time, roughly over 500 miles of Moscow, there was reported to be a school shooting, or perhaps more accurately worded, a shooting at a school, that claimed the lives of over a dozen, and caused injury to about or over 20. Reports are still coming in.

It is easy to write that the event comes at a time when Russia has been at the eye of global attention, while Putin has been discussing polarization.

As political science erudites understand polarization has different forms and sub-types. Newspapers have stated in the past few days that Putin has been backed into a tight-spot, although whether he backed himself in or other powers in the Russian system caused him that, not necessarily expounded on.

The school shooting leaves questions where answers are sought.

Perhaps questions by Russians, and questions by others around the world.

There have been school shootings in Russia before the recent and referent 'invasion' of Ukraine.

It may be, the event is one that can be classed as a local based situation with emotions and local community constructs involved. The gunman was evidently a former student there. He is now said to be in his early 30s. Also it is reported the suspect was registered with a neurological facility.

Eyes off Moscow for a moment, may be one of the impacts of the incident.

Wearing a Nazi shirt, does it have anything to do with the incident, or was it just a random shirt that was gotten a hold of? Was it a swastika pure and simple separate not necessarily tied to Nazi or associated isms? In far-reach theory study, just about everything and anything can eventually be connected to an incident.

Mitigation of incident information gained that can be put to use everywhere, is that seemingly less harmful guns were 'converted' to more powerful guns, by the suspect.

Right now, many are asking, what was the incident about?

There are potentially other angles in dealing with the tragedy. While Russia continues the bombardment of Ukraine, diverting needed attention from domestic concerns of countries that want to help mitigate the crisis, other countries have to continue to contend with school shootings at an alarming frequency. Reducing those shootings is not made any easier while trying to tend to the Russia-Ukraine situation. This incident in Izhevsk, is by fact itself a reminder of what others undergo.

Foremost is the condolences to those who have lost close ones in the incident.

What happened at LaGuardia Airport earlier this week, although it wound up lightly, can be used as that little warning light, that there is a concern, and measure in regard to airport security.

The week marks less than two weeks after the 21st year after the tragedy of September 11th, a large portion of which took place in New York, and had the element of airplanes in some aspect involved in the large scale incident. 

What may strike the conscience, is a simple 1 plus 1 equals 2, and a voice should at least bring up the general subject in the effort to preclude any further incident, based off the LaGuardia incident and an incident involving a car bomb at a funeral in the State of Washington, Auburn about a month ago, and with reflections of 9-11.

Hey look, numbers of the possible dangers aside, cars, SUVS, motorcycles, you get the drift, cannot be allowed, such as due to security vulnerabilities being breached, to make their way onto a runway, and especially collide or get close to aircraft.

There have been recurrent shouts from a number of sources about the situation of human trafficking in the southeastern part of the US, and the situation is not comprised by Florida all by itself.

For brief illustration's purpose, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the worst, if one were to draw a circle on a piece of paper and color it in, the darker the color, the worse the crime, the circle matching the 10, or human trafficking sometimes being reported out of the region, would be very dark.

What that circle looks like, is what the satellite imagery of perhaps the eye of the storm of Tropical Storm Ian that is predicted to head toward Florida right now. About as ominous among other descriptions left out here that describe a despicable dajjal, to maintain some kind of peaceful tone, 

Respectfully, each creation is what it is in its own right, however, sometimes when something mirrors or is used in an illustration, the equal and opposite reaction principle may leave both sides described about the same.

The storm Ian appears as nothing to take lightly. 24 counties are under state of emergency. The predictions say the storm will arrive to Florida this Thursday, however, waiting until the last moment to prepare might not prudent. In storm world, most often we only know the full extent of what will happen when it actually happens or after. Demolished water towers, building collapse, floods, and chaotic high winds may be in the ingredients of it all. Moreover, the gusts on the fringes of the storm might be felt as far up us Georgia, west as Alabama and so on.

She has an entry in history reference book after book, and of course had a consistent share in the part of history over the last 100. Many came and went in the global setting which Queen Elizabeth II of England had something to do with in some form.
