Northwestern Louisiana Mass Shooting, 8 Kids... 2 Women... the Suspect

Information is still making its way to the surface.
Thus far what is known is in the upper left hand corner of the state, or northwestern area near the state lines with Texas and Arkansas, an incident or incidents, or number of incidents altogether considered an incident occurred, that left eight children fatalities, two women shot, and the suspect is reported a fatality as well.
Caddo and adjacent Bossier Parishes appear to contain the incident set.
It appears the initial incidents started in Shreveport, where the children were affected, ages eight months to 14 years old, then crossed over Parish lines and into Bossier City, just a few miles away, where the suspect was affected by law enforcement, whereat the culminating development occurred in a residential single family houses with yards neighborhood.
The information as to whether all aspects of incidents were or are confined to Shreveport and Bossier City is up and coming.
So far, reports indicate that there were 2 homes involved, as sites of the shootings, a carjacking location in the sequence, and culminating development in Bossier City.
Of the two women injured, at least one is reported shot, and has life-threatening injuries.
Law enforcement, heavily involved.
This all started at about 6am local time which is CDT/CST/CT, central time, one hour behind EST time. At 6am CDT it was 7am EST. Visibility may have been on the bubble of dark to medium to visible, as the developments were unfolding.
Media videos hyping the story say law enforcement is saying they believe there was just one suspect shooter.
That shooter must have been a very 'good' shooter, to successfully shoot 10 individuals, 8 fatally, in at least 2 houses, which means entering and exiting 2 separate properties in sequence, and perform a carjacking.
There have been incidents like this in the past, perhaps also with arson connected, where depending on the angle of analysis, there was only one suspect, at a different angle two suspects, a different angle 3 suspects and so forth. Shadowy support etc.
The more time elapses, the further out possibilities can stretch out or be solved.
