Herat Issues. June 2026. Old, New, Future, All, ?, Potentialities of Media Limelight Included.

Starting with, why is media limelight an issue?, because frankly, far too often predators who conveniently see something written in English in easy reach, exploit vulnerable situations for things like increase of wealth and decadence.
Even still, the news is the news.
Recently, as in the past few days, there was a confrontation that has been said to be primarily or basically briefly described as protestors on one side and gunmen said to be Taliban on the other side. Some reports are saying 20 people hurt, 2 persons injured, an 11 year old boy shot.
On the note of the 11 year old boy, what the facts are as far as his involvement to protest against women wearing a certain amount of clothing that's 'compliant' to the Taliban's rules on 'morality', aside. Its rare 11 year olds are in the middle of it, knowingly; maybe they were talked into it, maybe a relative was affected, etc. Maybe a stray bullet hit him, maybe it was an accident, wrong place at wrong time theories and so forth.
Over the manners of dressing deal, was evidently a main cause of the incident.
Note- there are many different kinds of modesty or immodesty signals, not just heaps of clothing. For example material, or clothing or wearables markedly unfit for a circumstance, that could be a sign to passerbyers, past, decadence is this way, follow me, foolishness.
Meanwhile, in the summertime, the amount of layers of clothing might vary, but if it doesn't 'really' break the morality code, then, self-explanatory.
Herat has a lot of dynamics, that could expound or not expound.
Again, droves flocking over there all at once under color of trying to help out pacify or 'better' situation when really intentions are to make matters worse, might exacerbate a pins and needles status in regard volatility.

- There are articles online saying post US pullouts, some weapons were left. Similar to the Mujahideen era.
- Leverage-wise, weapons already present can be blueprints for weapons building.
- Weapons building plus homemade chemical and liquid weapons, can sometimes be deadly combinations, referring to erratic situations, especially if developed and deployed by no ices that don't know much about what they're doing.
- Psychological conditions of those involved. The 'snapping point', for instance; because the climate of tension has existed for some for so long, grew up carrying a gun or rifle, the snapping point has eroded to the point that a snapping point barely exists, rather, after a couple of instants, the body etc is moved to transition into acting with force, regardless of whether inordinate force is totally actually needed.
- There are reports of talks with Russia.
- French, such as representatives to the UN, have decried humanitarian breaches, especially pertinent to treatment of females and conditions. Saying further, there's a presence of ISIS, Al-Qaeda, and TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) there.
