The latter sentence could be put in front of the former.
At this point, March 10th, 2026, there are a number of irons in the fire all at once, that are percolating and simmering.
In as easy to follow arrangement possible, before further revision, here are some of the major issues. There are some news stories circulating in about the last week, that Tusk said 'ask the other...' in regard to oil prices; whether he said those words verbatim, is not clear, as the story titles say that, but actual statements in the article don't seem to.
Tusk also has announced investigations into potential Polish victims involved with the big Epstein case that has been in the news.

Expressed that they or someone- really want boat back

Comment: did every crime occur on land, or was some in yachts and sailboats?

Gdynia, also a port area, is a few miles north of Gdansk.
Gdansk, a coastal city that on the other side north of the Baltic Sea is southern area of Sweden. To the east of the city is Kaliningrad Oblast enclave of Russia, and to the west is Germany.
