Big Deal, No Deal, News as a Big Joke, Almost Fake News?, What's the Deal on the Story Going Around About NSA Cyber Attacking China's Time Center Per MSS- 'A Beginner's Inside Look', Including at Viability Issues.

There's a story going around right through here, especially in US online news sites, that China's Ministry of State Security announced through a social media platform that the US renown agency in NSA had cyber spied, and hence in a view 'cyber attacked', since there was a perceived target of the supposed spying, on China's National Time Service Center. A bunch of news story response, response to the response, news about the news, seems to be getting started too.
How fast did I actually see a boat driving down the highway? Heard a report of it, but common sense immediately turns a light on that it was probably a boat sitting on a trailer bed in the back of a black truck on a black night with the truck's lights turned off, seen from behind far off, speeding down a dimly lit highway. True, the boat designed to travel solely on water, was moving 90 in a 55. (But not in the way applicable.)
Here will a be a very, very brief at candidly opening up a few more pages of the tabloid magazine in order to make sense out of the 'tabloidic' story going on. The way it's done, is cull a few articles written in Chinese, and cull a few excerpts, translating them into English, and letting them tell us why the whole uproar really isn't worth an uproar. There are other things going on, lots of other things, that maybe aren't talked about everyday in the news, but at this point, as technology keeps moving up or around, and global information is shared in fractions of seconds, let's go ahead and unzip softly the bag that some of the cats are in. Nothing too heavy or mystical discussed here.
Selected from Chinese language article, and used for light talk set one,
(HCN comment, it is plausible that some of the natural disasters that took place in Philippines over the past month, could have similar impacts to what was just discussed.)
Of course the warm suggestion, not to sow seeds of enmity, rather be as friendly as possible.

"... People wonder, why would the Americans go to such great lengths to attack a time management bureau like ours? Are they worried that we'll be late for work?
...discovered that unified and precise time is simply the underlying infrastructure of the entire society. Controlling it is like grasping the pulse of the entire society. I would like to take this opportunity to talk to you briefly about Beijing time."
"Of course, there are some special factors that make the earth rotate faster. For example, the 8.9 magnitude earthquake in Japan in 2011 directly accelerated the earth's rotation speed by 1.8 microseconds."
(HCN comment, it is plausible that some of the natural disasters that took place in Philippines over the past month, could have similar impacts to what was just discussed.)
"Once a company is able to use technology to affect the system time of an exchange, it can use this loophole to make a lot of money."
"Therefore, our country attaches great importance to protecting the National Time Service Center."
"Even a series of equipment and departments such as atomic clocks were built underground with the goal of resisting nuclear strikes."

"After hearing this, do you feel that "time", something we use every day but rarely think about, has suddenly become concrete and even a bit life-threatening?
It is like air and water. We cannot feel its presence at ordinary times, but once something goes wrong, our entire social system may suffocate.
Fortunately, we are not defenseless in this invisible "time war".
When the enemy launches an attack in the virtual world, we also have our own "Space-Time Administration". What they guard is not only the signals accurate to the nanosecond, but also the pulse on which our entire modern society depends."
"Various navigation maps rely on the GNSS system (Global Navigation Satellite System), such as the United States' GPS, China's Beidou (BDS), and Europe's Galileo, all of which belong to the GNSS system."

What exactly is the National Time Service Center, which is being attacked crazily by the United States?

Set 2,
"Director of the National Engineering Center for Information Content Analysis Technology at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, stated: " They stole data from the phones of multiple staff members and, through remote control, gained legitimate login privileges for several staff members, infiltrating the National Time Service Center's intranet.""
"Why did the National Time Service Center become the target of US attacks?
What are the functions of the National Timing Center, which has been the target of long-term cyberattacks by US intelligence agencies? What is its international status and role?
Experts explain that the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, formerly known as the Shaanxi Astronomical Observatory, was established in 1966 and is responsible for generating, maintaining, and disseminating the national standard time, or Beijing Time. High-precision national standard time is fundamental to the operation of modern society. No other physical quantity is as crucial as time, maintaining the precise functioning of the economy and society, supporting the coordinated lives of hundreds of millions of people, and guaranteeing the smooth progress of scientific research.
...Deputy director of the General Office of the National Time Service Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, said:
If the time difference is one millisecond , the substation timing will be disrupted, causing large-scale power outages.
A time difference of one microsecond can result in hundreds of billions of dollars in changes in international stock market transactions.
A time difference of one nanosecond , or one billionth of a second, will result in a difference of 30 centimeters in Beidou's positioning accuracy. It will also affect people's daily communications, as radio carriers cannot be synchronized, making mobile phone calls and Internet access impossible.
A time difference of one picosecond , or one trillionth of a second, will result in a positioning deviation of several kilometers between the lunar soil collection rover and the Chang'e spacecraft, which may cause Chang'e to fail to return successfully."
The list continues, through the part that I wanted to amplify,
"International Standard Time is derived by integrating the times of various countries."
Aside from my comment, the second set of Google translation of excerpts are from:
42 special weapons were deployed successively. More details of the US cyberattack on "Beijing Time" were exposed.

There are so many times keeping devices, devices that keep time, and devices that need to have time calibrations for them to work right, that are made in China or many components are here in the US, especially household consumer items, made in China, that are it's well last the jillions nearly innumerable point.

So, I trust NSA knows exactly what they are doing and not doing.
I do not trust everything I read on publicly accessible media, like hyped articles on the Internet, with very little reasoning to be besides hyping people up for political divides and breeding worthless hate.
In today's world, in most if not all cases, at some point we all need to work together to survive on a day to day basis. Needless to say, of course NSA, other US high ranking agencies, Chinese agencies, and the National Time Service Center, know all this.
Which can bring us back around to, what happened, did anything really happen, anything significant of newsworthy happen, or is the Internet just being bombarded with some bullcrap to stir up emotions?
Of course the warm suggestion, not to sow seeds of enmity, rather be as friendly as possible.
