Nagorno-Karabakh issues, saliently marked by tensions recently, run deep and back many years. Which side, especially in regard Armenia or Azerbaijan, is 'right', and which one 'wrong', is not a simple clear-cut situation. From day to day, events that unfold each have their ethical aspects studied to different degrees.
The Azerbaijani lean, for short words, was expressed recently, mid-November 2020, at least in Oslo, Norway, according to a few sources.
