Drama Unfolds at Virginia Beach Municipal Center

It appears that around the closing bell of the business day, maybe just before or just after, not all details put here, an employee opened fire in the Municipal Building on Nimmo Parkway in Virginia Beach.  The result as of about 7:45pm EST, is that 6 persons were injured and about twice as many mortally wounded.  The shooter also a fatality.
The emotional injury to many more, once again as mass shootings have started to plague the US to varying degrees, is a major aspect of the entirety.
