It may or may not be entirely clear, depending on what the source of information is, whether more tornadoes are due to touch-down in Texas in the hours imminent or not. Reports have no one fatally injured, however, many are displaced.
In order of damage severity from most to least, appears thus far, April 28th, 2015 about 12:30am just after midnight E.S.T.:
Johnson County.

In Los Angeles, accusations of wage theft stem to workers walking off the job from a handful of trucking companies, whereat trucking yards and port terminals are locations in the story or soon to be, per LA Times.
