Oh boy, hope the aspect that it was about 6:30pm local time when it happened, has nothing to do with it, but the default of how English is spoken these days and mainstream ways of presenting a head event, that information is about at the forefront.
I'm not a shipping, port, or dock export, so all the terminologies involved are not at my finger tips, pardon please.
What is known and in the blear is that there was a report of a crash of some sort that took place.
Secondly a major fire broke out.
At thus point, into the daylight, the ship where perhaps the main body of the hire was burning, is now out in the water.
Visibility and air quality may have been chief concerns in the ordeal.
Event heights yesterday evening Friday 11/21.
'Around 6:30pm', when a serious incident occurs, mid year but not freezing cold climate, might be an element deserving to be put under scrutinized observation.
Notes:
Although there are different classes of fires, such as electrical, or gasoline basis fires, other dangers that might not be direct correlations could exist, when large fires regardless of their kind, break out, as real life is not a hazmat textbook.
