Incident at ICE Facility: Shooter on Rooftop. Dallas, TX.

Earlier today, it appears this morning sometimes before 11am CST, 11 am EST, at least one person with a firearm fired shots. At least one suspect was approached by authorities thereunto. At least one suspect deceased.
This is a developing story, breaking news.

That is what we have for right now as of 2:45pm EST.

This story may be significant as there have been a rash of varying different types of incidents with respect to Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and to some degree aimed at measures to reduce immigration rule breaches in general, hence preparedness and mitigation of these types of incidents an evident objective.

Note that on July 4th just recent months ago 2025, there was an incident described as a group attack at Prairieland Detention Facility in Alvarado, Texas, involving shooting a local law enforcement officer.
