Deadly Drama Unfolded in Minneapolis Apartment Complex Within the First Week and a Half of September 2026

First week and half is an effort to hit on that it could encompass what is before the 15th, the middle of the month, and before the 14th, which almost the middle except for February etc, usually considered 2 weeks in the 7+7. Then there's the first 3rd which is usually 10 days. If you consider the first third to be 11 days, then a month would be 33 days, which on today's Gregorian calendar, there isn't such a thing.
So, events like 9-11, from some quarter of a century ago but still a relatively new advent that impacted the shape of how the world functions, was within the 'first week and a half'.
A few days ago, an unsettled tenant in downtown Minneapolis, reports say threatened with eviction over violence matters, took to more violence. At least 2 persons including the shooter suspect, and several others were injured. Undoubtedly law enforcement was on the scene before it climaxed. It so happens that there was a tenant court hearing (probably having to do with the eviction) slated for September 11th, which would have landed on the 25th anniversary.
Is there reading in to do in regard to 9-11?
Honestly I'm not sure, which might be a definitive answer, I'm not sure, there might be some gray area, or whether or not there was an attempt by the suspect to establish gray area or nexus. What is known is that .Minneapolis has become more renown recently, fortunately because of its stature as a city, but unfortunately due to events like riots having to do with George Floyd, and immigration crackdowns in the past several years. Whereat, among the reasons for the crackdowns was to ensure mitigation of potential terror threats that may have rested within illegal immigrants.
Yesterday's case and public safety in the region altogether might be condign of more research conducted on the subject
