Big Jail Fight in Davisboro, GA May Leave Questions

It seems despite a lot of effort in numerous ways to make things better, something went awry.
What happened was reminiscent of jail fights from decades far past.

General sketches of known aspects:
Location is just east of about the very middle of Georgia.
Between a 1000 and 2000 inmates are serviced.
Several persons died in the fight over this past weekend.
Washington State Prison; the County of Washington in Georgia.
