Quick Bon Mot Daub on the Subject of Rising Disquiet Over U.S., North Korea, and Guam Situation August 2017

This is a brief, gloss-over, bon mot regarding what appears to be increasing intensity of tensions with respect to North Korea and the United States, Guam in the mix.
Online news stories today have discussed the potentiality of North Korean projectiles of destruction to land just a few miles off the shore of Guam. A few weeks ago, there were online articles about Guam eying separation from the U.S., in contrast to the present status. The U.S. presents austerity in its position on the international relations arena level behaviors North Korea has recently been exhibiting.

That all in itself could be an interesting bowl of soup to international policy news observers. However, there is plausibly a viable concern that is a bit more elevated than just the round and round of tensions involving at least the three above stated referent countries.
If the young pup, or novice as the choice of words to sound courteous and politically correct, can catch and do math in a fraction of second, surely experienced world leaders and policy analysts that have been around since the Korean War can catch it and much more. The matter of concern, topping the topper; around the same time Guam is looking at moving further away from the U.S., here comes a surge in heat in the medley of ongoing tangles between the U.S. and Korea; can there be the possibility some news readers are going to say 'hey wait a minute, why now?'?
(What is being done here:) It is being said now, before it gets said by someone else, as in a newspaper or TV show, who might not be graceful about it, and might wind up with awkward backlashes that might be harder to get quashed at a moment's notice.
If the dynamics of the current situation were all shoved in a crystal ball, and the viewer of it were to stand way above it and make one sweeping assessment of what is going on, is that assessment at a height respectable enough that it should be left where it is?
Secondly, is tensions between the U.S. and North Korea eventually all going to head to a scenario of no one got anywhere with whatever happened, and both parties feel that they succeeded in having the other party do exactly what they wanted, whereat, the only thing that came out of it at all was years of destruction, and a reason for North Korea to rigidly train an increase amount of soldiers, every man, woman, and child for a fight; meanwhile the objectives of halting concern of dire priority such as the poisoning of women in their 20s and 30s that have been imprisoned, are not met, partly because they too, the victims, have become a part of a war machine.
