Jesse Jackson - Historical Figure

Jesse Jackson, an American, strived to do a lot for equality, and was a witness to many developments that were before the times of many still aboveground today. Not all of what he saw, heard, witnessed, may fully be known by the layman or able to be spoken in one utterance.
There is a lot that might said, over the upcoming days, a celebrations of life get underway.
But what I don't want to see is, while in the process, in invigorations of the very things he sought to quell.
The US has a timeline or timelines. Words sometimes are conflated and don't always equivocate to what they were 100 years ago, to what they literally mean today. Mr Jackson was a witness to the era of Freedom Rides and loss of Dr King. Keep in mind though, that a number of the challenges to get conditions to be where they are today, so that ways in life are easier than they used to be, access to jobs, food, and social gatherings, was in some ways, in-house in the USA.
It's going to be a long week, as their are other historical figures that helped shape in their way, aspects of how many or how things are, that many live in today. For example, Mr Duvall, in the story referenced just previous to this one. Needless to say, there's no picking and choosing, there is what lays ahead.
