Floods in Pakistan at the Bubble Between Peak and Disaster

What exactly the threshold is for an emergency/disaster could be a matter of differences in assessment and possibly opinion.
Thus far, there are reports that about 100 houses have been destroyed in ramifications of the conditions, and at least several fatalities.
If intense rains continue, it is plausible that there will be an increase in amounts and levels of challenges.

Heavy muddied waters have been seen rolling through regions unmitigated.

Balochistan is one of the hardest hit regions. There are others regions; topographical maps seem to indicate that the Northeast and southeast regions are markedly among affected areas.
