How high is the science now in global drug trafficking?

Etomidate, is name getting around now. 
Reports say there was an overdose in the Philadelphia region about just over a year ago.
Evidently this substance is making its way into the US at increased levels.

Meanwhile south of the Texas border is going through some major turbulence right through here.

India has drug challenges just like the US, Mexico, and Canada.

What's the sophistry?

It has appeared that some individuals of descent from India gave figured out how to mask their drug dealings under the guise of highly credentialed professionals.

- The other meanwhile, there is very very serious concern of recurrent term, Olympics, involved with different illicit vicissitudes.

Examples of highly credentialed, whether involved with drugs or not, could be doctors that have excelled in their fields with multiple degrees, experience, and certifications. Lawyers that are seasoned and in good standing, having represented high profile cases.

Pain killers seem to be an ongoing crux of matters. There are people that genuinely suffer from pains, and need products like medicine to overcome. When they can't afford or lose access to lawful prescriptions, avenues are opened up to start building the whirlwinds of confusion for narcotics trafficking, under color of pain killers. Who knows how many names and kinds of pain killers that will be used as conduits for drugs will evolve.
