Frontiers Gained in Thresholds of Space Exploration Might Open New Concepts

Explorations in space continue, from the days before and after Neil Armstrong with respect to walking on the moon. Everyday there are multitudes of new information and ascertainments of space discoveries.
Consider that some of the 'new' discoveries have already been in existence in space or other planets, for instance Mars or Pluto, for many, many years. What is being discovered for the firs time might be new to the discoverer but not new to its source.
In 'defining' new discoveries, trying to fit the concepts into parameters we are already familiar with, could possibly take away from the discovery.
Consider also, time, space, and motion theories of relativity.
All theories might not all be true, nor readily applicable, however, what is being pointed is, there might be altogether whole new concepts we have become a witness to that has never been explained in the past 100 years in the common English speaking world.
For example, rivers and valleys that were spotted, when viewers of the footage look at it, they do not see a river or a valley, perhaps something close to or similar to a river or valley, but customized, acclimated, or befitting the schema of the construct it is in, so it is not necessarily a river or valley as we know it on earth, rather a land feature in connection to where it was spotted, millions of miles away.
Whether the abovesaid is applicable or not, a slushy ocean has appeared to discovered on Pluto recently. Valleys on Mars seem apparent. Jupiter has what is described as a relatively active volcanic moon Io.
In practical news where the count of what is counted can be readily understood, the ISS staff number might have some hold-backs until certain developments within the next few years.
