Missile or No Missile?, In Afghan Territory or Not, Where's the Missile?

In global news as we speak is a round of collaborations as to whether or not an Indian missile landed inside of Afghanistan territory. Pakistan representative reportedly made a statement, Taliban representative reportedly made a statement countering the former. Bottom line, if there was a missile even fired, what are the facts? Satellite could eventually show what the facts are.

In parenthesis, in the backdrop, if an Indian missile did land in Afghanistan, it could complicate an already complicated set of dynamics in the region; if it did land, according to one claim, inside the border, was it accidental?, if it was accidental, how could it have been precluded?, why wasn't it?, etc.
