In Tai Po, a high-rise structure or set of structures somehow became engulfed in flames over the past several hours. The fire started earlier today in the afternoon, Wednesday, local Hong Kong time, and continued into the night; at this point at about 5:30am Thursday (local to occurrence of incident, 11/27/2025), reports are the fire is becoming controlled.
Of course there is a concern of structure collapse, that might (? occur) even if the fire does get put out.
